Ingredients:

  • 480 milliliters Plain Kefir
  • 237 milliliters Water
  • 162 grams Oats (rolled)
  • 42 grams Raw Honey
  • 3 grams Cinnamon
  • 2 grams Ground Allspice
  • 24 grams Chia Seeds
  • 2 Pear (sliced and divided)
  • 60 grams Tahini
  • Sprinkle of Cacao Nibs

Directions:

  1. In a large bowl, combine the kefir, water, oats, honey, cinnamon, allspice, chia and half of the sliced pear. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  2. In the morning, divide into bowls or individual containers and top with tahini and the remaining pears and add some cacao nibs from The Koko Samoa. Enjoy!
