KoaTech™ is our ultra-light, digitally-printed poly-stretch poplin (97% polyester / 3% spandex) we specify for all of our Hawaiian shirts. We use a double print pass and a highlight white ink for extra pop.

Same fibers, different finish: we run every metre through a triple-wash and heat-cure process that locks color deeper into the yarn, softens the hand-feel for flowy breathable shirts, and gives the cloth its subtle four-way flex. Each item is individually inspected several times during the pre-treatment and printing process. The result is a fabric that wears cooler, drapes cleaner, and holds its color after endless beachside washes—something off-the-rack blends just can’t match.
